Dodalu
Privacy policy
Dodalu is desktop software for local project boards. This site and the app are operated by Pross Co (“we”). We do not run user accounts, marketing analytics, or advertising on dodalu.com. The only personal information we receive in the ordinary course of business is what Lemon Squeezy collects and shares when you financially support the project at pay.dodalu.com.
The desktop app
Boards live in dodalu.json and Markdown files on your
machine. We do not host your cards, documents, or project folders.
Opening a project does not create a Dodalu cloud account.
Installed builds may check this site’s Velopack feed for updates. That request can include technical data such as IP address and a user agent, the same way a browser download would.
This website
dodalu.com is a static site on GitHub Pages. We do not embed first-party analytics, cookies for tracking, or signup forms. GitHub may log requests (IP address, user agent, referring URL) as part of hosting. See GitHub’s privacy statement.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and related request data. See Google’s privacy policy.
Support payments (Lemon Squeezy)
Dodalu is free to use with all features enabled. Optional financial support is handled at pay.dodalu.com. Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC) is the merchant of record. They collect billing details, payment information, and tax-related data to complete the transaction. Their practices are described in Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy and buyer terms.
We may receive order information from Lemon Squeezy (typically name, email, and what you paid for) so we can send a supporter code and answer support questions. We do not sell that information. We keep it only as needed for the payment, tax or legal records, and customer support.
What we do not collect
- Board contents, card Markdown, or source trees from the app
- Marketing cookies or third-party ad pixels on this site
- Account profiles or usage dashboards
Your choices
You can download and use Dodalu without paying. To ask about payment data Lemon Squeezy holds, use their buyer tools or privacy contacts as well as ours. If we hold a copy of your order email, we will delete or correct it when you ask, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
